We’ve witnessed moments in P3’s leadership when purpose gets redefined in more meaningful ways. Ways much larger than words.

This year is no different.

This year marks the 25th Anniversary of The P3 Group, Inc,; a milestone representing decades of vision, sacrifice, innovation, resilience, and transformational leadership led by Lisa Thomas and her extraordinary team. It is a legacy worthy of recognition and yes, a celebration.

But something powerful has happened along the way.

What was originally intended to commemorate The P3 Group’s anniversary evolved into something deeper, more human, and undeniably more important in this moment. The energy surrounding this gathering began shifting toward women whose voices have too often been silenced. Women who have endured abuse, fear, hardship, neglect, and circumstances that left them feeling unseen, unheard, or forgotten.

And the P3 community responded in a remarkable way.

Leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, advocates, and supporters whom Lisa coined her Champions, stepped forward with compassion, generosity, and purpose in support of
LRG Cares, and the mission surrounding Women Without Voices.It became abundantly clear that this was no longer simply about hosting an anniversary celebration.
This had become an opportunity to create impact.

Because of that, we have made the intentional decision to dedicate June 19 entirely
to the silent women; to stand as their VOICE and be their Champion.

The June 19 gathering will now stand fully under the theme:

“Leaving a Legacy That Lasts.”

A legacy of compassion.
A legacy of restoration.
A legacy of women standing beside women.
A legacy that reminds those who have been silenced that they are still …

Full of prominence, worthiness, feeling valuable, seen, and deserving of opportunity, support, healing, and hope.

In many ways, there could be no greater reflection of Lisa Thomas’ leadership than this
very decision itself. Even during a milestone meant to celebrate her own
accomplishments, her instinct was to redirect the spotlight toward women
who needed it more.

That says everything about who she is; and the powerful community of Women The P3 Group has birthed.

At the same time, we also recognize that Lisa’s 25-year legacy deserves its own intentional and dedicated celebration. Not a divided moment. Not a shared spotlight. But an evening worthy of the force, energy, excellence, and impact she and The P3 Group have created over the last quarter century.

With that spirit in mind, we are excited to share that the celebration honoring
Lisa Thomas and the 25th Anniversary of P3 Group
will now take place on October 22, 2026.

October will allow us the opportunity to return with fresh energy, renewed excitement,
and the intentional focus necessary to properly celebrate Lisa’s remarkable journey,
her leadership, her vision, and the extraordinary legacy she continues to build
through The P3 Group and the countless lives she has impacted along the way.

To every woman balancing leadership, business, family, service, and the invisible
weight so many quietly carry while still showing up for others, thank you.

To every supporter who answered the call to pour into this mission, thank you.

And to Lisa Thomas, thank you for reminding all of us what true leadership looks like.

Some people celebrate milestones by focusing on themselves.
